Returns

To Our Customers:

The correct procedure to return material to PILSEN IMPORTS, INC. will be as follows:

1. Only "Authorized" returns will be accepted for credit consideration. RGA number to be clearly marked on package.
   
   
2. For Return Goods Authorization, Fax: 513-271-8629 with:
   
   
   1. Copy of invoice and/or package slip
   2. List item to be returned
   3. State reason for return
   4. Supply: Contact Name, Phone and Fax Number
      
      
3. Material sent in without this number will be returned collect.
   
   
4. All return shipments will be subject to return inspection. Restocking charges may be applicable.
   
   
5. Material to be returned to:
