TOSHULIN
introduces the updated SKL 10 machine and the new SKG 40 machine
at the recent EMO show in Hannover Germany.
TOSHULIN
displays the updated 39" (1000mm) table diameter VTL — the
SKL 10. This fixed rail machine has been modernized for improved
ergonomics and performance:

scales on "X" and "Z" axes

"X" axis rail travel

powerful tool lockup system

HP live spindle
- Faster
"C" axis RPM
One
of the highlights of the recent EMO show in Hannover Germany was
the introduction of the TOSHULIN SKG 40 machine. A working model
of the machine was displayed and generated considerable interest
from show attendees. TOSHULIN also distributed a CD ROM with complete
information on the machine and a demonstration of the machine functions.
This
machine extends the range of products to larger machines and is
the first of 3 new machine sizes to take the TOSHULIN range up to
275" (7000mm) table diameter.
The
TOSHULIN VTL product range now extends from 31.5" – 275" (800mm
– 7000mm) table diameters. TOSHULIN focuses on the production
of VTL's from simple turning machines to more advanced turning centers
with live spindle, pallet changers, tool and part probing, tool
monitoring and grinding spindles.
